PR validation & PR-to-PO automation
Purchase requests arrive priced above contract, missing the evidence that settles the price, or twice over — at a cost in effort, cycle time and price. The objective is to reduce manual validation and exception effort so every request ends PO-ready or as an owned exception.
- 1. Registered, validated, deduplicatedAn employee submits a purchase request. It is checked for completeness, and supplier, item, unit of measure, currency and tax are normalised.
- 2. Price evidence resolved and citedThe controlling contract, amendment or price-list version is resolved and cited, then price, policy, budget and vendor checks run as rules on approved sources.
- 3. People decide, the PO writes onceThe case is classified and any correction is drafted and held for approval. On approval the PO action executes once, with owner, trace and cost recorded.
No unresolved price exception reaches PO-ready, and no write occurs without approval — one business effect per logical event, traced from source to approval and cost.

One request from Olivia's form to a signed purchase order, with a voice explaining each step. Nothing to click: the tour fills the form, submits it, plays the approver's part and brings the answer back. It runs the real workflow, so starting it clears the demo data first.
